1. What does a virtual assistant do?

Our virtual assistants have many different skills. Their usual tasks are marketing on social media, digital design services such as web design, graphic design, etc. Also multilingual services, copywriting, customer service and executive administration. 2.  What are the working hours for the virtual assistants?

No matter where you are or what time zone you are in, our virtual assistants can adjust their schedule based on when you need them.

 

3. Will I be assigned a dedicated VA?

Yes! You will have a dedicated VA as your daily contact person to help you.  Treat your VA just like a regular employee and train them to perform the tasks the way you want them performed. Our virtual assistants have undergone solid training in the most common tasks that our clients need. Since each client has their own requirements depending on the type of business you conduct, we recommend that you spend time with your VA to begin with. This is to articulate what the needs of the business are, what you need to get done and what requirements you have for the assistant. By spending some time in the beginning with your VA, it benefits the business in the long run.

4. How do I get in touch with my VA?

Our assistants typically use WhatsApp, Connecteam and Discord for their main communication with the client. However, you can choose the application that suits you best to communicate with your VA.

5. What happens after I sign up?

One of our Virtual Executive Assistants will contact you within 24 to 48 hours. Then they award you the best candidate as dedicated depending on your needs. You can sign up via our contact page.

 

6. What happens if I am not happy with my current VA?

You can always reach us by emailing support@virtualassistants.se and we can address and discuss your concerns that you may have. We will assign a new VA if necessary.

 

7. Can I cancel at any time?

If you wish to terminate the service, you can do so before renewing it for the following month’s subscription.

 

8. How do I keep track of my hours with VA?

We send a daily report with all the details about the tasks performed, the time it took and the status of each task. The report also contains comments and much more if you have chosen to include it in the report.

 

9. How does Scandinavian Virtual Assistants invoice?

We will bill the monthly subscription fee to the credit card provided during registration. Your plan will automatically renew for the following month without prior notice, unless you cancel your membership. If you wish to cancel, you must do so before it renews for the following month’s subscription.

 

10. Which countries do you cater to?

Our Virtual Assistants will cater clients mainly in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. But, we will also be expanding to other countries in Europe and around the globe where Virtual Assistants are needed.

 

11. How much does a virtual assistant charge?

Our packages range from 3999sec. But, in your first month, since your Virtual Assistant is under training and will only start getting familiar with the delegated tasks and the company itself, we are providing 50% off your selected plan’s price. For detailed plans, click here
