Terms and Conditions

1. Services
We offer companies and individuals virtual assistants. A virtual assistant is a person who sits behind a computer, Ipad or a mobile phone and works but who is in a different place than the customer is at. It can be compared to a regular assistant that you usually have in the office, but now this person is in another country.

As a new customer, the payment is made in advance, but if you have good finances and have been running for a few years, we can offer a 30-day invoice.
All payment is made to FORTNOX FINANS, which has the right to send reminder fees in the event of a late invoice or to send to INKASSO.
If you are a private person, you pay as usual in arrears.

3. Right of withdrawal according to law and termination / Downgrade
3.1 According to the law (2005: 59) on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises, you can terminate the contract within 14 days of entering into a contract by writing to
Termination or downgrading of agreements is otherwise 60 days. From the day you cancel and exactly 59 days from that you pay for our services, otherwise ongoing agreements apply.

4. Responsibility
4.1 When it comes to liability, loss or damage that has occurred due to our virtual assistant having neglected, missed or done something because this event has happened, we are not responsible for it. It is important that you always keep an eye on the assistant and make sure he or she has really learned your routines.

5.1 We have the right to terminate the agreement if there are special reasons, with immediate effect, and this may be due to the following:
a) You try to hire our employees.
b) You do not stay there professionally and try to be more than friends with our employee
c) The work environment is too tough or harmful / negative
Note that you may still pay for 60 days from the termination if this happens.


6. Buy out employee

6.1 It is possible to buy out a virtual employee from the company. The price varies from person to person as some have more experience than others.
Prices start from SEK 65,000 + VAT.


7. Dispute
7.1 If the parties cannot agree, a dispute with the consumer can be decided by the General Complaints Board with address Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm,, insofar as the board is competent to try the matter.
8.2 Swedish law shall be applied to these general terms and conditions.

8. Change of the terms
8.1 In addition to our right to change prices, we also have the right to change these general terms and conditions. If we change the terms, we will notify you in writing at least 1 month in advance before the changes take effect. If you do not accept such a change, you have the right to terminate the agreement with us before the changes take effect. You can always find current terms at or obtain them by contacting us.
